VoiceKit

MCP host for Della, the shop voice agent. xAI calls this service during a phone call. It records a message, texts Kenneth, and checks whether the caller is already a customer. It is not the public website.

Endpoint

Server name della-voice-tools. POST one JSON-RPC message, get one JSON response.

POST /api/voice/mcp

Authorize with Authorization: Bearer and VOICE_MCP_SECRET. A single path segment works too: /api/voice/mcp/<secret>. Prefer the header so the secret stays out of access logs.

Tools

take_message
Posts the della-voice form to Gonzo so the note lands in Kenneth's inbox and email.
notify_kenneth
Texts Kenneth's cell with a Della: prefix. Four texts an hour, and the same text is dropped for ten minutes.
lookup_caller
Reads the KennethJackson.Tech shop in itk-vault and returns a name, company, and short notes. Shared numbers come back as candidates. Lookup never sends a text.

Configuration

Every required setting is present. Values stay on the server.

VOICE_MCP_SECRET

MCP auth. Every call is refused until this is set.
GONZO_ORG_SLUG
set
Org for the della-voice form. The API base defaults to gonzo.kennethjackson.tech.
Twilio + KENNETH_CELL
set
notify_kenneth. Needs the account SID, auth token, from number, and Kenneth's cell.
VAULT_SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY
set
lookup_caller against itk-vault. The URL defaults to the vault project.

The route on kennethjackson.tech stays up until the xAI kit URL is pointed here. This service does not change the console.
